precats which will make the job a little more difficult, but not impossible.
 First, as others have mentioned - disconnect the battery. Then remove the battery cable connection at the back of the starter. Disconnect the solenoid signal wire and its bracket (10mm bolt by the oil filter) - see picture below for the wire and bracket
 Then remove the heat shield cover that is held in place by two bolts - see picture below (use a 10mm wrench to remove them). The top shield bolt is not visible from the working position, so patience is needed while you get the wrench onto the bolt without the benefit of seeing what you're working on. Getting the cover out of the way allows you to have more working room when removing the starter. 
After that, use a 14mm wrench to remove the top bolt and bottom bolt (or sometimes the lower mounting point is a stud with a nut). Be sure to support the starter with one hand while removing the last bolt/nut and then you can lower it from the transmission and you're ready to reverse the process to install the new one.
